Leadership Team

Michael W. Nole, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Nole serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of BluePrint Technologies and is responsible for the vision, leadership, and direction of the company.

Mr. Nole’s professional career of general and sales management spans over 20 years within the communications industry and providing management consulting and business development for small to midsize companies in various industries. Prior to founding Brookside and since 1998, he co-founded Experience Total Communications, Inc (eTC), a communications-consulting firm specializing and consulting directly with clients in all areas of communications, and formed a subsidiary company Enterprise Consulting Group, Inc. expanding the consulting services to include management consulting and business development.

Previous experience,over a 12-year period, Mr. Nole held various executive-level management positions with Executone Information Systems, Inc., which later became Staples Communications who was, in turn, acquired by NextiraOne, LLC.

Within that structure responsibilities included the management of sales/marketing, installation and service, inventory and financial P&L of multiple districts and regions throughout the United States. At every juncture, Michael was consistently recognized as one of the top executives within each organization as he achieved status in every Circle of Excellence Annual performance club throughout his career.

George A. Pacinelli, President

Mr. Pacinelli has over 25 years of experience as an executive in the voice and data communications technology sector. Prior to becoming President of BluePrint Technologies, Mr. Pacinelli initially provided consulting for, and later held a Director position with TAMCO, a Telecom-specific finance company. During that time, he assisted in taking the company from 2 national telecom dealer Partners to over 100 metropolitan, regional and national partners.

In 2001, Pacinelli co-founded eTC, Inc., a telecommunications consulting firm based in Florida that specialized in providing consulting services to Telecom related companies seeking to increase the overall value of their business through the implementation of proven sales strategies and/or processes, as well as through the development of alliances with various providers of value added products and services. Additionally, eTC assisted its commercial business clients with the design, specification, negotiation, contracting, and implementation of various Telecommunications technologies.

Prior to his formation of eTC, and since 1980, Mr. Pacinelli served in senior executive positions with companies such as Executone of Miami, which later became Contel Executone, Executone Information Systems, Inc., Executone Business Solutions, Claricom, and Staples Communications, which was, in turn, acquired by NextiraOne, LLC.

Mr. Pacinelli’s extensive leadership, business development, training and management skills within the business telecommunications vertical are all instrumental attributes that are integral to the growth, maturation, and expansion of the Blueprint Technologies national footprint.

Bryan McGuire, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McGuire has over 18-years experience in executive finance specializing in growing, public companies. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. McGuire was the Chief Financial Officer for Ker's WingHouse where revenue grew from $12 million to $50 million during his tenure.

From 1997 to 2000, he was Vice President of Finance & MIS for Hops Restaurant Bar & Brewery where they experienced growth from 22 units to 78. Prior to that, he was Controller with Cucina! Cucina! a Seattle-based restaurant group that experienced growth from 12 to 30 locations during Mr. McGuire’s term. Prior to that he was with Medical Resources Inc. where he was responsible for all finance and SEC reporting, and from 1991 to 1995 he was with Checker's Drive-in Restaurants. Experience at Checkers included an IPO, a secondary public offering, Private Placement and growth from 103 restaurants to over 550.

Mr. McGuire began his career in 1987 in public accounting with Concannon Miller & Company, and Cherry Bekaert & Holland, CPA's.

Ben Rizzo, Vice President of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Rizzo is charged with the task of developing, maintaining and implementing all marketing efforts to support, sustain, and increase sales throughout BluePrint’s national footprint.

In addition, Mr. Rizzo is responsible for coordinating and cultivating all public relations opportunities, advertising campaigns, and strategic initiatives, as well as further developing the BluePrint brand and ensuring a cohesive extension of the brand throughout all wholly owned subsidiaries throughout the United States.

As a graduate of University of Rochester, Mr. Rizzo has enjoyed a 20-year career in which he has successfully marketed and branded products and services across a wide discipline of industries including consumer packaged goods, health, investments services, fitness, and entertainment.

Through his dedicated earned-media, branding, marketing and promotional efforts, the products and services developed and represented by Mr. Rizzo have been featured on NBC’s Today Show, CNN, CNBC, as well as in national print publications such as the New York Times, Parade Magazine, Men’s Health, and Family Circle.

Daniel Nole, Vice President of Finance and Administration

Dan comes to the BluePrint team from the Capital Markets, where he held high-level positions in several leading financial securities technology companies including the roles of Chief Operations Officer / Chief Financial Officer at Xasax Corporation, a provider of high speed market access; Chief Operations Officer at FTEN, a provider of risk management solutions; Chief Operations Officer at Portware, a leading developer of broker-neutral, automated portfolio trading software; Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Vie Financial Group, a provider of electronic trading services & algorithms; and Chief Financial Officer / Vice President of Broker Dealer Operations at NYFIX Millennium, an Alternative Trading System (ATS) and NASD registered broker dealer as well as NYFIX Transaction Services, a direct access provider to broker dealers. Early in his financial services career, Dan worked at the Boston Stock Exchange as a floor specialist / trader and as a Corporate Auditor with Ernst & Young International.

Dan holds a Master of Science in Accounting from New York University, Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.

Ellen Wood, Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Ms. Wood is responsible for assisting in the design, creation and implementation of marketing campaigns including distribution and training to the sales teams, facilitating internal and external communication as well as event planning for the four regional subsidiaries.  In addition, Ellen coordinates the reporting of various analytics and database maintenance with regard to external sales initiatives, and works directly with the VP of Marketing assisting in the development of collateral materials for all subsidiaries.

Prior to working with BluePrint and its Subsidiaries, Ellen was a Systems Analyst for HSBC, and has had extensive experience as a training leader for various companies over the past 15 years.

Michael Promotico, Regional CEO 

Standard Tel Networks

Michael Promotico serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Standard Tel Networks, LLC. BluePrint Technologies’ West Coast Regional subsidiary.

Mr. Promotico has enjoyed a 22-year career in the telecommunications business having previously served as Principal and Executive Vice President of INet Corp. where his leadership and business development skills grew INet into one of the largest Mitel resellers in North America.

In 2000, Mr. Promotico assisted in the successful sale of INet to publicly traded Pac West Telecom (PACW), and served as Vice President and Member of their Board of Directors. He subsequently co-founded Trans-West Network Solutions and was instrumental in the merger with Standard Tel Networks to form Trans-West Network Solutions. Following that amalgamation Trans-West/StandardTel merged with Prologic Communications Inc. to form Standard Tel Networks, LLC.

Mr. Promotico holds Bachelor's Degree in Economics from San Diego State University.

Michael Ferry, Regional President

Standard Tel Networks

Michael Ferry serves as President of the Western Region. Mr. Ferry is responsible for the development, and management of the sales teams for the Western Region of BluePrint’s footprint.

Prior to joining Standard Tel, Mr. Ferry was the western Business Director for TAMCO for 7 years, and Vice President of Sales for Inter-tel (now MITEL). Throughout his career, Mr. Ferry served in senior executive positions with companies such as Nortel, Executone Information Systems, Inc., Executone Business Solutions, Claricom, and Staples Communications, which was, in turn, acquired by NextiraOne, LLC.

A long-time colleague of BluePrint Chairman Mike Nole dating back to their respective positions at Executone, Mr. Ferry’s background and knowledge in the industry coupled with his relationships with literally hundreds of both large and small interconnect companies throughout the country, provides valuable insight on the synergies and attractiveness of potential acquisition targets. Moreover, his leadership and expertise is pivotal in accomplishing our overall business plans and objectives throughout the Western Region.

Jim Hogan, Regional President

U.S. Voice & Data

As Regional President of U.S. Voice & Data, Jim Hogan’s proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar sales as an expert relationship builder, channel developer, and sales strategist, is integral to the consistent growth in market share expected from BluePrint’s North Central Region.

Prior to joining BluePrint/USV&D, Mr. Hogan spent 22 years with NEC Corporation of America. Throughout his career, Mr. Hogan held various management positions including National Director of Sales for NEC’s channel organization. In this position, Mr. Hogan managed his channel team where they routinely exceeded revenue and profit goals while carrying a $44 million dollar quota in addition to leading all forecasting, market analytics, and development programs.

In addition to Mr. Hogan’s outstanding leadership and sales development skills, Jim possesses a deep-rooted knowledge of appliance-based and software based communications technologies and architectures, and has a strong command of the complex design, delivery and support of these progressive solutions and applications.

Mr. Hogan has worked closely with U.S. Voice & Data during his past tenure at NEC which provides Mr. Hogan with a unique perspective on not only leading the USV&D team, but also the nuances of the USV&D marketplace.

Michael Einstein, President & CEO

EmbraceCORTEL Technologies

Mr. Einstein, who founded Embrace Technologies in 2001, is a 25 plus year industry veteran with unsurpassed sales and operational management experience. He has an entrepreneurial spirit forged with an unrelenting eye on quality and an uncompromising commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Prior to launching Embrace Technologies, he was Executive Vice President for Eureka Networks, overseeing all company sales and operations. He also successfully held senior management positions with industry leading companies such as, Executone Business Solutions, Jackson Voice and Data and the Siemens Rolm Corporation.

Mr. Einstein’s responsibilities include overseeing the strategic growth and development of the Region while incorporating his intense energy, vision and drive.
