Mike Tucker, Vice President of Operations

As our Operations Manager since 2006, Mike's product knowledge, technical expertise, and management skills have ensured that the level of service and support that USV&D customers consistently experience is what they expect, deserve and is unsurpassed in the telecommunications industry. Born and raised in Louisville, Mike earned his B.B.A. in Management from McKendree University. In this new, role Mike will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and ongoing development of the Operations Department for USV&D.

Doug Banks, Director of Solutions Architecture

Doug has been with USV&D since 2002 when he started as a technician. During his tenure Doug developed into a leadership role, and the "go-to guy" of our technical staff. In July 2009 he became the Sales Engineer for the Louisville and Lexington office, and has earned over 75 certifications and accreditations from Mitel, NEC, and Cisco including Cisco CCNA in 2007. If you have come in contact with Doug, you already know that his commitment and passion for enabling our systems and solutions deliver improved business processes and the positive top and bottom line results that our customers seek. In his new role Doug will be responsible for direct

Solutions Architect functions for our customers, as well providing support to, and coordinating the ongoing training and development of, our team of Solutions Architects.

Robert Jordan, Director of Technical Services

Since 2007, Robert has been with USV&D in the form of lead technician on all the Mitel/Inter-Tel products, while also holding certifications for all other products offered by USV&D. Prior to joining our team, Rob worked in the telecommunications and IT field since 1995 with companies such as Winstar Communications, Cohesive Network Group, and Northern Office Works. In his new role Robert will be responsible for direct technical services functions to our customers, as well as providing support to and coordinating the ongoing training and development of our Field Technical Staff. He will also be responsible for managing USV&D's IT infrastructure.

Ellen Wood, Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Ellen came to USV&D in the fall of 2007 and has worked in both the customer service and sales departments. Her background includes seven years as a regional marketing liaison for the Indianapolis locations of a large national chain of restaurants. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is a "global" position for Brookside Technology Holdings Corp, USV&D's parent company, and has been created to serve all subsidiaries.

Aaron Boyer, Solutions Architect - Indianapolis, IN

Aaron brings over 12 years of experience to USV&D in the fields of System and Network Administration, Programming, and Sales Engineering. He has as an extensive list of Cisco, Microsoft, and Mitel/Inter-Tel certifications to include CCNP, CCDA, CCNA and MCSE. In his role Aaron will be assisting the Sales staff in designing solutions and implementing applications that positively impact our customer business processes. Aaron attended Devry Institute of Technology in Indianapolis, IN.

Judeth Morehart, Solutions Architect - Lexington, KY

Judeth's background includes over 17 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry with Siemens Communications Networks. Her experience and skill set in engineering VoIP solutions will no doubt be an invaluable asset to USV&D and our customers. In her role, Judith will be assisting the Sales staff in designing solutions and implementing applications that positively impact our customers' business processes. Judeth earned her Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Electrical Engineering at Florida Atlantic School of Engineering in Boca Raton, Florida.

Anne Friehofer, Sales Associate - Louisville

Anne joins us with an impressive background in new business development with both Robert Half International and the Indianapolis Colts. Her experience with these organizations and her endless energy and enthusiasm will be a valuable asset to the Louisville sales team. Anne earned her Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Communications and Telecommunications at Indiana University.

Jaclyn Genet, Maintenance and Collections Specialist

Jaclyn joins our team with a B.A. in Psychology from Transylvania University. She has 5+ years accounting and office experience including payroll, Accounts receivable and collections. Jaclyn brings with her a high level of analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Angela Williams, Director of Project Management

Angela has over 13 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting communications solutions, and most recently managed a team of 20+ Project Managers over eight states in doing the same. She possesses many certifications and accreditations that include NEC, Cisco, Zeacom, Active Voice, and Trisys. In her new role, Angela will be responsible for direct project management support to our customers, as well as lending support to, and coordinating the ongoing training and development of, our Project Management staff. Angela attended both Bellarmine College and University of Louisville.
